“Our stay was amazing! We loved the theme, the staff, all of it! We were "wow'd" by the low price but loved every bit of it. We are making Hotel Ruby our ONLY PLACE to stay every month :).“

“We have been staying at the Ruby for many years when it was the Rodeway. It is really great to see the changes that are taking place in renovating the hotel and making it better. The lounge still was not finished when we were there but should be done in the next month or so. The rooms are clean, the flat screen tv is great and the location is right in the middle of downtown. The staff are very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed hearing about all the new plans still to be developed. It would be good if they could get some tiny tables and one more chair in each room so we could have somewhere to put our drinks or snacks when we have guests over to our room. Kudos to all involved. “We spent 2 nights at the Ruby. I stayed in a room w/my neice and my nephew & brother in law were in the room next to us. We were there for a wedding at a neighboring hotel. Clean, comfortable, charming hotel and the front desk clerks were wonderful! Continental breakfast w/THammer coffee.. wow! I had lost a small diamond post earring while staying and called in hopes to locate it....(miracles do happen)...they found it! Thank you!!!

“Would be $300 if it was in Manhattan First I must say I was floored by the price of this hotel, completely under-priced. Very cool/trendy rooms, incredibly comfortable beds, down comforters, great towels, gorgeous flat screen. They did not miss a beat in this renovation, they even have great coffee and fruit in the morning. There was not a thing I would have changed about this place. I have stayed in many Manhattan boutique hotels and this would have rivaled any one of them. Please support this locally owned business“

“Because of the kicking location I stayed at this motel twice when it was the Rodeway. It's close to everything downtown. The Knitting Factory is across the street, and it is walking distance from many wineries, shopping, restaurants and bars. Back then it was dirt cheap but you got what you paid for.
The renovations have made a huge difference. New beds! NEW BEDS! The King bed had good pillows and a sweet comforter. The room definitely had a more comfortable feel to it with warm colors and minimal furniture. Oh, and there's a huge flat screen television too.“

“Hip-fun hotel with a cool vibe was the perfect spot for us. Went to a concert at knitting factory across the street, breakfast a few blocks away at satellite diner the next morn. Rooms were well re-made with tasteful, cool design. BIG tv and new everything. Great downtown room for a great price. Will stay there again for sure.“

“Me and my wife stay at the Ruby when we want to go downtown Spokane and enjoy amazing nightlife of downtown Spokane. It is the perfect end to many amazing nights enjoying the awesome city of Spokane. The rooms are clean and the location is amazing, and they have beds that are as comfortable as "any" hotel in Spokane. The best deal in Spokane hands down! Highly recommend this hotel.“

“OUTSTANDING!!!! I was amazed at the care involved in the renovation of HOTEL RUBY. It is kitty corner from the Davenport, which will charge you about 200 a night for a room. The Ruby's rooms are a little small, but WOW what you get for the price CAN NOT BE BEAT!! My husband and I normally stay at a holiday inn express and I can stay at the RUBY for 3 nights for what Holiday Inn charges. If you're staying in Downtown Spokane, Make the RUBY your FIRST STOP!!“

“So, being a General Manager of Hotels, It's easy to be critical. But, this place does it well! It's the first time in many Hotel stays, I actually slept in the bed with the sheets. Usually, I bring my own sleeping bag & sleep on top. Here, the room was clean, super cozzy & quiet. I wasnt afraid to be bare foot in the room!!! LOL what a joy!!! If your near here, STAY!!! Great location, downtown, many dinner options, parking wasn't a problem, although limited ( get there early for great parking). Staff very helpfull. I left a tip for the Housekeeper!!! Thats rare.....LOL“
